These Terms govern your use of the website styld.appand the Styld application (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Styld is an AI-powered wardrobe and styling app that helps you organize your closet, preview clothes on your photo, check outfits, and receive styling suggestions. Features and availability may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service and provide accurate information.

Subscriptions & billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through our payment provider (Dodo Payments) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Affiliate links

The Service may include links to third-party retailers. Some of these are affiliate links: if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Any purchase is a transaction between you and the retailer — Styld is not the seller and is not responsible for the products, prices, or fulfillment of third-party merchants.

AI-generated output

Styling suggestions, try-on previews, outfit scores, and other AI output are generated automatically for inspiration only. They may be inaccurate and are not professional, medical, or financial advice. Use your own judgment before acting on them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant Styld a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the Service to you. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or images of other people without their consent.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service — including attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Styld and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service as intended.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Styld is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes based on AI output or third-party products purchased via affiliate links.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to protect the Service.

Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: hello@styld.app.
